17 Warriors named Academic All-Sun Conference for the spring
Babson Park, Fla. (06/09/2020) — The Sun Conference has announced its academic all-conference honors for the spring 2020 semester. Sports represented include men's and women's golf, men's and women's tennis, men's and women's track & field, baseball, softball and beach volleyball.
To be eligible for academic all-conference, a student-athlete must have completed two semesters at their institution, and be at least a sophomore with a 3.5 grade point average on a 4.0 scale.
In total, Webber international University had 17 academic all-conference recipients for the spring, including four from beach volleyball and three from softball and women's tennis. With beach volleyball becoming an official Sun Conference sport this spring, this was the first semester beach volleyball student-athletes at Webber have been eligible to receive academic all-conference honors.
